New version released

Whats new:

• Fixed title screen reset bug
• Option for starting level
• Option for garbage generation
• Option for faster/slower piece down
• Level number on game over screen
• Joystick up rotates the piece CW
• Various optimizations (hope that all screen "jumps" are eliminated)
• PAL60 support (not tested on real hardware)
