An Atari 2600 game

Introduction

Take control of the experimental Mecha Ultra weapon and obliterate the enemy stronghold. Your mission: eliminate all four enemy bases and leave no trace behind.

Controls

• Joystick: Moves Mecha Ultra forward, up and down.
• Fire button: Activates the fire cannon.

Game mode

• Single-player: Pilot Mecha Ultra through enemy forces toward the enemy base..

Game objective

Destroy all four enemy bases and repel the invading forces.

Scoring

• Each base enemy grants 100 of points.
• Each base hit grants 10 points.
• Each dron hit grants 1 point.

Extra difficulty

For more experienced Mecha Ultra pilots, the difficulty can be increased. Switching the left difficulty switch to position 'A' refills only one energy point (instead of two) after destroying an enemy base.

Tips and strategies

• Keep moving to avoid becoming an easy target.
• Align your shots with enemy movement to maximize accuracy.

Console setup

1. Press the fire button to start the game.
2. Press Reset to go to the initial screen.
3. Adjust the left difficulty switch.

Limitations of the demo version

• No score
• Only Base 1.
• Base 1 can't be destroyed
